make me an angel

black and white, originally uploaded by McBeth.

There's flies in the kitchen I can hear 'em there buzzing
And I ain't done nothing since I woke up today.
How the hell can a person go to work in the morning
And come home in the evening and have nothing to say?

Just give me one thing that I can hold on to
To believe in this living is just a hard way to go

JP has got me through some very hard moments. I've let him slip of late, I'll dig him out, dust it off and have a visit. I saw him here 'very' live, at the Royal here in Victoria, it/he was amazing and I'll never forget it.

I've missed talking to you. Let me know if you'd rather I didn't try to contact you, but you were always the one closest to my heart.

I'm Annie now, but you knew me as Pam.

Oh, and I meant to say also:
"Woke up this morning,
Put on my slippers,
Walked in the kitchen and died.

And OH what a feelin'
when my soul went thru the ceilin' and on up into heaven I did ride!

JP Forever.

Well Annie-formerly-known-as-Pam,

Good to see you again. I'd noticed you haven't written in your blog for a while - all ok there?

I won't ever mean to be disrespectful but since I've only ever known you as 'Pam' and it takes my brain a while to unconnect the familiar in order to connect to the unfamiliar, I may still call you Pam. I hope that's alright.

Yep, Mr. Prine is awl-right.

Yes, Perfectly awl' right, fer sure. Annie or Pam or Strawberry Jam, it's all good. Perhaps I'll fill in the blanks (there are quite a few) in my blog some day.

I have kept touch here with your lively and lovely blog.

..I'm getting darkening looks from the London Drugs man as I continue to go in there and drool over his digital cameras, we're getting close to a decision!

Glad you are ok.
