Ohhhhh, how I love that Congreve. More than just a few years back, when Clueless came out and some perceptive critic-type recognized it as a modern version of Emma by Jane Austen, I wondered if I could do the same thing with The Way of the World. Haven't quite done it yet, but it is a lot of fun to think about. :)
